Advanced Prenatal Care Condition--consult with OB or transfer if you don't have Advanced Prenatal Privileges

Chronic HTN on medication
GDM/DMII on insulin
History of 3 or more SAB < 13 weeks
Pregnancy Loss > 13 weeks
Cervical Incompetence
H/o Preterm Delivery < 37 weeks
Didi twin gestation
Positive RPR
Hepatitis B
BMI > 60
History of Preeclampsia in multiple pregnancies or < 37 weeks EGA
Hypothyroidism
Shortened cervix (<2.5 cm)
IUGR
Persistent placenta previa
Anemia Hb < 8
Fibroids or uterine anomalies
